Customer Services Representative 

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the marketing department to implement daily pre and after-sales support service

  • Assist in making sales appointment schedules

  • Handle and follow up customer enquiries, quotation, order or data management

  • To follow up and resolve the escalated customer enquiries and complaints to maintain a positive customer experience

  • Participate in sales and marketing events and customer-related activities

  • Positive mindset and ability to work under pressure 

Qualifications:

  • Non-degree holder or above in all disciplines

  • Familiar with Customer Service Skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Mature, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently 

  • Good PC Knowledge in MS Word, Excel & other PC applications

  • Good team players with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Multimedia Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team of developers to deliver the best UI/UX experience (Web/App UI)

  • Keep the website updated and well maintained with HTML/CSS

  • Deliver flow diagram, wireframe, layout, graphics and work closely with development team on daily basis

  • Designs and produces marketing materials including (Logo/EDM/Promotion Video) and brand identity

  • Create and produce 2D animation and video editing

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Multimedia Design/Web Design or related disciplines

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in Web/UI design

  • Proficient in Figma, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, After Effect, HTML/CSS, Video editing skills are a bonus

  • Experience in a web production environment using HTML and CSS

  • A portfolio that showcases strong visualizing and conceptualizing abilities

  • Creative, self-motivated, responsible, polite, and possess good interpersonal

  • Able to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines

  • Fluency in Cantonese and a good command of English

推廣助理經理/副經理/經理

職位描述：

  • 協助制定和實施市場推廣計劃，推動產品銷售;

  • 分析市場趨勢，競爭對手及消費者需求，提供相應的市場建議;

  • 規劃和執行本地行銷活動和計劃;

  • 撰寫和編輯中英文行銷內容，包括社群媒體廣告、EDM 活動、印刷品和活動登入等;

  • 管理市場推廣活動，包括書展、簽書會、講座、研討會及不同的比賽及推廣活動;

  • 監控和評估推廣活動的效果，並提出改進建議。

職位要求：

  • 5 年以上市場推廣或相關工作經驗，有出版行業經驗者優先；經驗豐富者可考慮應聘為推廣經理;

  • 熟悉數字營銷工具和社交媒體平台;

  • 對 Google、Facebook 和其他社交媒體等平台上的付費數位受眾有基本的了解;

  • 能夠說流利的英語和粵語，並且熟練兩種語言，這對於撰寫引人注目的中英文文案至關重要。能說流利的普通話是額外的優勢;

  • 具備良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神;

  • 能夠獨立工作，具備良好的時間管理和項目管理能力。
