Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities:
To support the association’s day-to-day activities, including administrative support, membership management, accounting tasks, payroll, HR support, and recording meeting minutes.
Requirements:
A diploma or degree in administration, business management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in administrative or relevant roles (experience in HR, payroll and accounting is a plus).
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.- Immediately available is preferred.
