Senior Training Officer

Requirement :

Degree holder in HR Management/Training & Development or related disciplines
At least 2 years relevant experience in retail industry
Solid experience in conducting training program in customer service and selling skills is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Mature, detail minded, initiative and able to work under pressure

Job Duties:

Identify training needs, implement & deliver training programs such as company orientation, product knowledge, customer service and VM training to retail staff
Design, develop, review and enhance the training materials
Monitor & evaluate the effectiveness of training program periodically
