Project Officer

Salary: HKD19,000 - 21,000 per month

Duties:

• Assist Project Manager and Vice Project Manager in coordinating and implementing projects and preparing reports;

• Monitor projects are on schedule, organize and collect data and information;

• Conduct regular on-site inspections of organic farms and prepare reports;

• Assist farmers to obtain organic certification and operate Farmers’ Market;

• Responsible for the operations of on-site organic farm;

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Ecology, Biology or related discipline are highly regarded;

• Preferably has 1-2 years working experience in related field;

• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese & English and Good PC knowledge in MS Office

• Physically fit for outdoor work and willing to visit rural communities;

• Have passion for local agriculture development;

• Possession of a driving license (classes 1 & 2) is highly preferred;

Location of work : Sheung Shui

Working days: 5 to 5.5 days work (9am - 5pm); alternate Saturday-off (9am -12noon)
