Facilities Manager
Job Responsibilities:
In charge of property repair and maintenance operations, take part in capital projects and works conform to the Club Standards, as well as complying to the statutory regulations.
Responsible to budget, execute and control energy costs, repairing and maintenance expenses, review and prepare annual budget items and CAPEX analysis.
To provide a safe, secure and comfortable environment by maintaining the Club’s assets through ongoing preventive maintenance as well as daily maintenance activities, and ensuring that all mechanical and plant systems are operating efficiently.
To supervise the Engineering team; plan and liaise with service providers on contracted and ad hoc repair and maintenance jobs, and provide technical advice and support to the General Manager and co-workers.
To act as a “hands on role", and is required to conduct the duties in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
Attend occasional special events to ensure smooth operations on all technical aspects.
Maintain the updated layout plans, MEP drawings, maintenance records and property assets’ records etc.
Accomplish any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years related experience on managerial position in sizeable business, experience in hotel / club operation is preferred.
Knowledge of all technical engineering aspects, including but not limited to builder’s work, M&E, plumbing & heating, HVAC, ELV, energy conservations etc.
Good project management and people management skills.
A team player with can-do attitude, able to work independently and handle multi-tasking assignments.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese), both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, especially Word and Excel.
Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a content strategy across the Club's website, social media channels, email marketing, and other digital touchpoints
Create engaging, on-brand content (e.g. videos, images, articles, events) to educate, entertain, and inspire members
Manage the Club's social media presence, including regular posting, community engagement, and running targeted campaigns
Oversee email marketing initiatives to nurture member relationships and promote Club offerings
Track and analyze digital performance metrics to continually optimize the content and strategy
Collaborate with other departments (e.g. membership, events, F&B) to align digital initiatives with the Club's overall business objectives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital communication and member engagement Experience
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or communication, preferably within the sports/fitness industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital content strategies
Excellent writing, editing, and visual design skills
Proficient in social media management, email marketing, and web content management
Solid understanding of digital analytics and ability to measure and report on campaign performance
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally
Passion for fitness, sports, and delivering exceptional member experiences
Human Resources Officer
Responsibilities:
Responsible for full spectrum of HR operational support including but not limited to recruitment activities, on-off boarding arrangement, training, payroll & taxation administration
Coordinate and oversee monthly employee relations activities
Maintain accurate employee profiles, attendance and leave record in HRIS
Prepare monthly HR reports covering leave management, training hours and office administration
To provide general administrative support to the administration office
Requirements:
Degree holder in Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management
At least 1 year working experience preferably in Hospitality Industry
Experience in RTASYS casual system, Achiever HRIS will be a plus
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance & MPF Features
Innovative, detailed-mind, positive, adaptive, able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
