Customer Service Officer, Festival Walk (5-day work)

The Role

  • To manage Customer Service Counter & support loyalty program

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer services, handle customers’ enquiries & complaints via on-site and other online channels

  • Manage the Concierge’s daily operations including but not limited to gift redemptions, campaigns and promotions related to loyalty programme

  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

  • HKDSE completion or above

  • Good English and Chinese

  • Polite and mature

  • Fresh graduate are also welcome

  • 5-day work week, 9 hours per day, 17 days of Public Holiday, OT allowance at 1.5 time of basic pay

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
