Customer Service Ambassador (Club House) 客戶服務大使 (會所)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for residential clubhouse management; providing customer service and handling paperwork

  • Organize and arrange clubhouse event planning and festival arrangements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience is preferred

  • Holding of Clubhouse management certificate is an advantage

  • Basic computer operation (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), Chinese typing

  • Good Command in English & Mandarin, fluent in Cantonese

  • Immediate available is preferred

  • Welcome for graduates apply

  • Work 5 days (alternate sat) a week, work 9 hours a day

  • Work location: Ma On Shan District, on shift (no overnight shift)

職責:

  • 負責處理負責會所及接待處工作;提供客戶服務及處理簡單文書工作

  • 計劃及安排會所活動及節日佈置

要求:

  • 具1年或以上客服工作經驗優先

  • 持有會所管理証書優先考慮

  • 基本電腦操作 (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)、中文打字

  • 普通英語、普通話溝通,流利粵語

  • 即時上班 / 應屆畢業生優先考慮

  • 每星期5天 (長短周) 工作,每天工作9小時

  • 工作地點: 馬鞍山區,須輪班工作 (不需通宵)
