Concierge Officer/Senior Concierge Officer (5 days work week)

Responsibilities 職責:

  • Provide general information to guests in a good and helpful manner 以友善及熱心幫助的態度向賓客提供資訊

  • Handle and resolve guest’s complaints and establish good relationship with guests in the Hotel 處理和解決賓客的投訴,並與賓客建立良好的關係

  • Maintain proper records of luggage, parcels and letters kept at Concierge for guests 管理在禮賓部的賓客行李、包裹和信件的存放記錄

  • Ensure all luggage are delivered and collected accurately, efficiently and timely 確保所有行李準確、有效率和及時地遞送和領取

  • Supervise and delegate duties to subordinates and prepare their work schedules as required 監督和委派下屬職責,並準備他們的工作值班表

Qualifications 資格:

  • Preferably with 1 year of relevant working experience 1年相關工作經驗

  • Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline 具有酒店管理或相關學科證書

  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese 良好英語、普通話和粵語能力

  • Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills 優秀的賓客服務和人際交往能力

  • Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality 積極主動、注重細節、性格開朗
