Marketing Officer / Assistant Marketing Officer
Responsibilities:
Assist in formulation and implementation of marketing plans for property projects
Assist in sales and marketing materials design and production e.g. Leaflet, Booklet, Sales Brochure, Promotion Video, Banner etc.
Conduct property market research and monitor competitive marketing activities
Prepare budget and forecast for marketing campaign
Liaise, develop and maintain relationships with business associate such as advertising agencies and production house to strive for the successful sales launch
Requirements:
Degree holder in Communication, Language, Marketing, Business, Real Estate or equivalent discipline
At least 1 year working experience, preferably in leading property developers in Hong Kong
Able to use Chinese and English language fluently and accurately on pertinent to professional needs
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Premiere or other multimedia design tools
Creative, proactive, detail-minded and customer-oriented
Marketing Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute and evaluate a comprehensive marketing campaign to increase brand awareness and drive sales of the residential project
Supervise advertising agencies and production house for the implementation of promotional activities such as advertisement, media placement, PR event, press conference, media interview etc.
Responsible for the production of all marketing collaterals and make sure to comply with legal requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives
Conduct market research and analysis on the trends and competitor activities and prepare marketing budget
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in leading Property Developers
Hands-on experience and profound knowledge in the property market
Knowledge of Residential (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, innovative and task-oriented
Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficiency in MS Office
Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
Executing annual and quarterly consolidation, management accounts and analysis
Preparing and reviewing annual reports, interim reports and other announcements required
Dealing with tax computation of HK companies and relevant IRD’s enquiry
Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, company secretary and valuers, etc.
Performing ad-hoc projects (funds and capital raising, M&A, etc.) as required
Requirements:
Degree holder in accounting and finance with accounting qualification of ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in sizable CPA firms preferably with experience from sizable companies in corporate finance
Hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis or data analysis, as well as in group consolidation and financial reporting
Working experience in Hong Kong-listed companies or the Real Estate industry is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Being both a good team player and a team leader
Having a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and detailed-oriented
Good at Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese typing.
