Operations Supervisor
How you will contribute
Runs daily analysis for store sales & KPI’s performance and shares it with the operations supervisor and/or the store management team.
Works alongside cashiers to ensure proper administrative and filing procedure are followed.
Supports the Ops supervisor in managing the administration activities such as petty cash and daily or weekly deposits with the bank (when applicable).
Follows up on multiple non-merchandise requests (stationary, uniforms, tools, manuals, catalogues, packaging, client books, facilities, etc), collects and consolidates them and address these requests to the appropriate department in the HQ.
Coordinates all the possible maintenance and cleaning operations.
Collaborates with the Operations Supervisor for the openings/refurbishments of the store and follows up closely the activities.
Coordinates with the Operations supervisor/store management to draft new in-store specific procedures.
Manages and apply for the required permits for non-ordinary works (Maintenance, bulky deliveries…).
Monitors the process of After Sales, Before Sales and product returns.
Manages cases of Bottega Veneta staff clothing allowance.
Who you are
HKDSE or above
At least 2 years’ retail store administration/cashier experience with sound skills in handling multiple tasks
Precise, accurate, attention to details, is reliable.
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with strong internal customer service mindset
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
