Responsibilities:
To lead the agency to promote a caring and non-violent environment for the optimal growth and development of our children
To promote the agency brand and services, execute approved plans and achieve organisational performance objectives
To identify the needs of the community regarding detection, prevention and treatment of child abuse problems
To be responsible for the publicity of the services of the agency and initiate fund raising programmes
To liaise with welfare services, government departments, and other appropriate organisations
To work with media on child protection and welfare concerns
Requirements:
A Registered Social Worker with a bachelor’s degree or above in social work, social science or related discipline
At least 12 years’ solid work experience in the social work field or a relevant public sector organisations, of which three years at senior managerial level leading a professional team
Inspirational leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage the team to raise efficiency, productivity and quality
Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
Career aspirations for leading ACA to achieve its mission and vision
Having a strong network in the community is definitely an advantage
Project Assistant (1-year Contract)

Job Duties:
We are looking for Project Assistant with diploma or above, preferably with at least one year’s working experience in social welfare organisations, projects or companies, with good computer literacy. Duties include assisting the manager in promoting the services of Child Protection Institute, providing administrative and clerical support as designated, and assisting projects/ programmes implementation. He/ She will work at Chuk Yuen Centre.
