Business Concierge Officer (1-year contract)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP patients and corporate clients

  • Coordinate and facilitate premium healthcare services, including appointments, admissions, and discharge processes

  • Provide personalized assistance to ensure a seamless and comfortable patient experience

  • Liaise with medical, administrative, and support teams to ensure timely service delivery

  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency

  • Assist in billing coordination and insurance documentation for corporate clients

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient privacy standards

  • Support marketing and business development initiatives targeting corporate clients

  • Prepare reports and updates for management on concierge service performance

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business or operational support within the medical or insurance industry

  • Experience with clinical operations is an advantage

  • Responsible, good interpersonal skills, strong industrial network will be an advantage

  • Well versed in MS office applications and Chinese word processing

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin

  • Professional demeanor and high level of discretion in handling sensitive information


Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process Data Access Requests from patients and third parties

  • Handle and respond to phone enquiry related to Medical Records

  • Handle and process medical records scanning

  • Liaise with other departments on areas related to health information and records management

  • Perform other related duties assigned by the Manager    

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above

  • At least 2 years’ administrative experience, preferred in Hospital settings

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Good communication and customer service skills, self-initiative and responsible

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work commitments to achieve specific deadlines


Material Management Manager (Procurement)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all hospital non-drug purchases are completed in an efficient and effective manner, covering sourcing, vendor performance management, price negotiation, purchase order issue and delivery

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that aligns with hospital objectives

  • Maintain the purchasing management system to ensure vendor / item database in an organized manner

  • Supervise the sourcing and procurement process

  • Lead sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation

  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards

  • Identify service lapse and seek process improvements through automation or streamlining

  • Lead the implementation of e-procurement system

  • Support audits conducted by external accreditation bodies

  • Prepare monthly consumption analysis and requisite demand forecasts

  • Perform any duty as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement of which at least 3-4 years at supervisory level

  • Previous experience in healthcare industry is an advantage

  • Proven experience in preparing tender documents, tender evaluation reports and contract management

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, spoken Mandarin is preferable  

  • With knowledge of ERP system would be an advantage

  • Excellent communication and team-building skills

  • Competent in Microsoft Office Applications
