Customer Service Officer
Job Responsibilities:
Provide billing, invoicing, cashier and admission services to hospital patients and clients
Follow up payment with clients, clinics, corporate and insurance companies
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements:
Form 5 or above
Prior experience in hospital, hotel, airline or insurance company preferred
Experience in the area of billing and cashier would be an advantage
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player, and able to work independently and under pressure
Good knowledge of computer skill, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Email system
Able to work on shift duties
Assistant Fee Advisor
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and provide daily Fee Advisory service
Prepare fee estimation for all in-patients prior to their admission
Provide updated fee estimation during hospitalization on any necessary change of or additional care as per physician(s) orders.
Provide Fee Advisory service to patients who are admitting for more challenging/complex cases
Support Business Office Front Office in extension of Insurance coverage with fee estimation if required
Provide assistance to in-flight billing service for package billing items clarification where necessary
Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and updates of historical in-patient bill on common surgical procedures for respective stakeholder reference
Assist in preparation of quarterly statistics according to Department of Health's requirements
Assist Senior Fee Advisor on Fee Advisory team members’ training
Develop and maintain good rapport within and outside of GHK, i.e. Doctors/Clinics, Nursing, Allied Health staff and vendors
Requirements:
Diploma or above in related discipline
Relevant working experience in healthcare field. Nursing background would be an advantage.
Familiar in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize with limited guidance
Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Fluent English and Cantonese written and verbal communication skills
Able to work on shift duties
Senior Human Resources Executive / Human Resources Executive (Talent Acquisition & Business Partner)
Job Responsibilities:
Perform full cycle of recruitment process including selecting appropriate job posting channels, sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, preparing salary proposals, arranging employment contracts, making offers, on-boarding and off-boarding process, etc.
Act as business partner to provide professional advice to line managers and staff
Handle staff movements and related issues, as well as provide counselling to the staff if necessary
Prepare varieties of management reports upon operational requirement
Assist in organizing and coordinating the company recreational activities as and when applicable
Plan and implement HR initiatives and major projects when required
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years’ relevant HR working experience, with good exposure in talent acquisition; preferably with prior working experience in private hospitals
Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislation
Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
Independent, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and motivation to learn
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Human Resources Executive
