Customer Service Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer daily orders and enquiries

  • Actively coordinate with the warehouse team and distribution vendors to meet customer KPI

  • Handling shipping document and customs declaration

  • Operating and update WMS / customers’ systems

  • Update daily reports, billing summary, cost and invoicing with accuracy

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader 

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 / DSE or above 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in logistics industry is a plus

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
