Customer Service Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer daily orders and enquiries
Actively coordinate with the warehouse team and distribution vendors to meet customer KPI
Handling shipping document and customs declaration
Operating and update WMS / customers’ systems
Update daily reports, billing summary, cost and invoicing with accuracy
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by team leader
Job Requirements:
Form 5 / DSE or above
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience in logistics industry is a plus
Fresh graduate will also be considered
