Assistant Accounting Officer/ Accounting Assistant (Welcome Fresh Graduates)

Role and Responsibilities:

Independently complete monthly closing process and prepare relevant reports
Handle invoices and record them correctly
Process invoices for payment before the deadlines
Maintain the fixed asset register
Reconcile the current account with CPA
Administer the data records in the Accounting System

Qualifications and Experience:

LCC intermediate qualification or diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
Preferably with 2 years of accounting experience in AP Focus or other relevant experience
Fresh graduates with general accounting knowledge will also be considered as Accounting Assistant
Excellent attention to details and accuracy
Independent, proactive, organised and able to work under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Immediate Availability is highly preferred
