Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation (HKECIC) is a statutory organisation established to encourage and support export trade by providing Hong Kong exporters with insurance protection against non-payment risks arising from commercial and political events.

OFFICER/ ASSISTANT MANAGER, CLAIMS AND RECOVERIES DIVISION

Duties:

  • To identify courses of action and collaborate with debt collectors / lawyers to pursue recoveries after claim payment

Requirements:

  • Level 2 of above in 5 subjects, including English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent

  • At least 3 years’ working experience, preferably in export credit insurance, debt collection, international trade or banking

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Candidates possessing a university degree or equivalent qualifications and at least 1 year’s working experience, preferably in export 

    credit insurance, debt collection, international trade or banking may be considered for Assistant Manager level

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Contributory provident fund scheme, medical benefits and annual leave will be offered.
