Marketing and Communications Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Department Head of the Marketing and Communications Department

  • To lead and supervise the Promotions, Communications, Business and Resources Development functions

  • To explore the marketing opportunity for the brand exposure and improvement of brand image via different marketing solution including channel partnership, media networking etc.

  • To cultivate, develop and convert business opportunities for various types of corporate events and incentive group business

  • To formulate and execute the implementation of marketing strategy, Public Relationship and communication plan to optimize the brand awareness, improve customer acquisition and engagement

  • To seek opportunities to cooperate with commercial and non-commercial sectors to strive for new business;

  • To explore and outline the packages scope to customize for different customers

  • To work closely with different departments in order to develop new packages and generate new business by connecting throughout the whole organization

  • To provide timely sales reports, market intelligence, competitive products, market behavior updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder with minimum 5 years’ experiences in sales and marketing management

  • Must have proven track record in sales & marketing, communications, digital marketing and understanding of sports / recreational industry

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Creative with good business acumen

  • Proficiency in computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage

Senior Sales and Marketing Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and proofread marketing collaterals including but not limited to press releases, advertising, editorial, advertorial, other offline and online marketing materials

  • Keep track of all departments’ new promotion and communicate with internal departments (around 20 departments) to ensure sufficient time for marketing collateral creation and information update on website and social media

  • Assist in managing all social media platforms and digital content updates including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, website and eDM

  • Take reservation from incoming event enquiries. Responsibilities include but not limited to internal staff coordination, logistics arrangement, publicity and on-site support

  • Handle the design and artwork of marketing materials such as banner, signage, digital signage, poster, leaflet, eDM, etc

  • Explore and identify opportunities for strategic partnership with sports association, merchants, retail brand, KOL and corporate clients

  • Assist in handling branding campaigns, website revamp, ad hoc projects and CRM system

  • Handle member complaints

  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Sports Management, Communication or related discipline

  • Agency experience is preferred

  • 3-5 years working experience in marketing communications/ social media marketing

  • Creative, proactive, can-do attitude, well-groomed, team-player who can work under pressure

  • Strong understanding in social media and content marketing concepts, strategies, platforms, and tactics (including Facebook, Instagram, and Wechat)

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and multitasking skills

  • Strong sense of task ownership

  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Able to work outside office hours or on weekends when needed

Event Sales and Reservation Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle event reservation for corporate clients and students

  • Communicate with venue managers to ensure events in all venues are serviced properly and in a timely manner

  • Timely response on all incoming enquiries and leads with a systematic approach

  • Devise an efficient working system on holding and releasing dates held by clients

  • Issue confirmation, quotation, debit note and event orders and carry out other administration work

  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports

  • Keep track of venue availability and communicate with internal departments (around 20 departments) to make sure member and corporate clients' demands are met

  • Ensure seamless event implementation by delivering service excellence to secure client satisfaction

  • Identify potential business for event planning and services

  • Meet sales goals and perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Sports Management, Hospitality or related discipline

  • Hotel reservation experience and hotel event/catering/banquet sales experience preferred

  • 3-5 years working experience in event sales / reservation in hospitality industry.

  • Creative, proactive, can-do attitude, well-groomed, team-player who can work under pressure

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and multitasking skills

  • Strong sense of task ownership

  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Able to work outside office hours or on weekends when needed

Personal Trainer / Supervisor - Gym & Fitness Centre

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising the daily front desk operation in the fitness centre

  • Handle members' enquiries and bookings of the fitness centre

  • Maintain high standard in customer service;

  • Design individual and group exercise programme tailored for clients

  • Provide the exercise programme designed in a safe and effective way

  • Proactively help members in using fitness equipment

  • Assist in ad-hoc duties, activities or projects when required

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in sports or exercise science related disciplines

  • At least 2 years of experience in fitness industry

  • Must hold internationally or locally recognized personal trainer certificate

  • Must hold CPR, AED or First Aid Certificate

  • Hands-on PC skills in MS Office & Chinese word processing

  • Able to work on shift

  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Remuneration:

Basic Salary + Attractive sharing scheme of lesson fee.

Member Service Officer - Golf Driving Range

Working Hours: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (may require to work during Weekends and Public Holidays)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle counter duties, facilities bookings, administrative support, and course applications

  • Perform regular checking for the venues and facilities ensuring them in a clean and good condition

  • Leading a team to provide the members with quality services and complying with the operation standards;

  • Handle members’ complaints and emergency cases

  • Develop the promotion and business plan.

  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma with Sports Management, Leisure and Recreation Studies or Business disciplines

  • 3-5 years’ working experience is preferred

  • Good Team Player, member-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;

  • Hands-on experience in MS Office;

  • 中三或以上程度
