Account Clerk/Assistant
Hong Kong Wheelchair Aid Service has been serving Hong Kong for 28 years, providing support services related to rehab services mainly for wheelchair users and their caregiver.
Responsibilities:
Assist and execute tasks assigned by the General Manager and supervisors.
Assist with managing accounting records and financial department works
Assist with service & accounting report preparation and data analysis integration
Assist with front desk and clerical work
Responsible for procurement work
Outing & Saturday duty as required
Requirements:
Ability to work independently, punctual, detail-oriented, reliable, and possess strong interpersonal skills
Proactive, responsible, meticulous, and a good team player
Accounting experience, preferably in the NGO sector
Proficient in Microsoft Office and MYOB, with bilingual typing skills (Traditional Chinese and English)
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Educational qualifications: HKDSE/AL, with LCC Level 2/3 certificate or above

44 hours of work per week
Five-day work week, with Saturday work (in case)
