Account Clerk/Assistant

Hong Kong Wheelchair Aid Service has been serving Hong Kong for 28 years, providing support services related to rehab services mainly for wheelchair users and their caregiver.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and execute tasks assigned by the General Manager and supervisors.

  • Assist with managing accounting records and financial department works

  • Assist with service & accounting report preparation and data analysis integration

  • Assist with front desk and clerical work

  • Responsible for procurement work

  • Outing & Saturday duty as required

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently, punctual, detail-oriented, reliable, and possess strong interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, responsible, meticulous, and a good team player

  • Accounting experience, preferably in the NGO sector

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and MYOB, with bilingual typing skills (Traditional Chinese and English)

  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

  • Educational qualifications: HKDSE/AL, with LCC Level 2/3 certificate or above
