Human Resources Officer/ Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day HR operations and the maintenance of the HRMS

  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports / analytics

  • Assist in annual exercises and ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time

  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status

  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related discipline

  • For Human Resources Officer, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR operations preferably from a sizable organisation.  Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Human Resources Executive position

  • Conversant with the employment related ordinances in Hong Kong

  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Office; hands-on experience in using HRMS will be an advantage

  • A team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Assistant Manager, Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full spectrum of HR services including recruitment & selection, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations/counselling, payroll/taxation/benefits administration and human resources administration etc

  • Ensure efficient and smooth day to day operation of HR services; review workflow and make recommendations for continuous enhancement

  • Provide professional advice and support to departments on HR issues as and when appropriate

  • Assist in the review, development and implementation of company policies/procedures pertaining to the function of human resources management

  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status

  • Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in human resources from sizeable and structured companies, of which 3 years must be at supervisory level

  • Relevant experience in aviation industry will be an added advantage

  • Well versed in employment related ordinances and employment practices in Hong Kong 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability of multi-tasking

  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

Cargo Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to create and develop new cargo products & services

  • Create awareness of all the cargo products and services in the target markets to magnify market influence and generate sales

  • Establish and maintain good relations with forwarders and customers

  • Manage day-to-day cargo bookings from HKG market and assist outports and GSAs if required

  • Handle customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required by management

Job Requirements:

  • DSE/F.7 graduate or above

  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in cargo reservation with airlines or freight forwarders

  • Knowledge or working experience of using cargo system is highly preferred

  • Good command of oral and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Independent, self-motivated, attentive to detail and be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Crew Control Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • To perform duty reassignment for crew member(s) in case of a flight delay, or flight cancellation and ensure all the changes have complied with CAD requirements

  • To arrange crew member(s) should there be any ad-hoc flight requests

  • To keep a record on crew status and submit/provide to parties concerned if necessary

  • To identify potential crew problems/provide solution to a problem

  • Other duties assigned by Department Manager

Requirements:

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status

  • Tertiary education in any discipline

  • At least 1 year aviation experience in flight operations, or have acted as a Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, or Flight Operations Officer

  • Formal training in management of aviation security or airport/airline/cargo security operations or equivalent by ICAO/IATA or other relevant organization is preferable

  • Ability to work independently

  • Willing to work on shift duty including overnight shift

  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Line Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recurrent validation and checking of Navigation Charts and Database upon 28-day AIRAC cycle

  • Advise flight crew regarding Navigation Charts or Navigation Database discrepancies which have potential impact to flight safety

  • Manage to create Company NOTAM to advise flight crew for the supplementary information effect to Company network or identify discrepancies

  • Assist Navigation Services Team on route analysis and airport study by gathering related information

  • Assist Aircraft Performance Engineering on route analysis to achieve fuel efficiency

  • Support physical manuals update from the Company aircraft

  • Assist on fuel efficiency analysis gathered from post flight data

  • Perform ramp duties on aircraft when necessary

Requirements:

  • Hong Kong permanent resident status

  • DSE standard or above, fresh graduates may be considered, preferable study in aviation

  • 1-2 years' working experience in airline

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability of multi-tasking 

  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

  • Detail-minded, with good planning and organisational skills

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

  • Independent, self–motivated and able to work under pressure

  • Candidate with less experience will also consider as Line Operations Officer (Trainee)
