Officer / Senior Officer, Banking Services (1-year contract)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform KYC and AML works as required, process account opening, account maintenance, customer enquiries on account balances, deposit bookings, loan drawdowns and rollovers etc.

  • Handle loan documentation and compile all necessary reports.

  • Co-ordinate and obtain reports on customers in order to assist relationship managers in the preparation of Credit Applications.

  • Assume responsibility for referral of excess applications, O/D excess applications and remittance referrals to relationship managers for approval.

  • Manage all daily deposit related business, including daily deposit rate quotation and completion of deposit transaction.

  • Assist in soliciting deposits during day-to-day contact with the customers.

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to team members.

  • Comply with anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.

Requirements:

  • Secondary / Post-secondary graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 2 years’ banking experience.

  • Good PC skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and self-motivated.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Fluency in Putonghua preferred).

Officer, Investment Service

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the team to perform market intelligence on promotion offers, product offerings, etc and provide fulfillment support to promotion campaigns.

  • Support daily operations of product launch and order placement by coordinating with business partners, frontline and operations.

  • Conduct surveys to understand customer behavior towards investment

  • Perform User Acceptance Test and User Verification Test for investment systems

  • Handle enquiries, organize sales tools and documents for frontline.

  • Assist in developing customer communication in relation to the products under management.

  • Assist in preparing relevant business proposals and reports for presentation.

  • Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.

  • Clearly communicate with the internal customers regarding their needs and expectations through active listening and proactive questioning skills.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent, with background in Finance/Investment will be an added advantage

  • Preferably with working experience in banks or financial institutions or possess knowledge in retail banking or wealth management product

  • Attention to details, self-motivated with good Interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

Senior Customer Service Officer / Customer Service Officer (Contact Centre)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enlighten customer’s journey by providing excellent customer services through phone call and digital banking activities including Voicebot and Chatbot etc.

  • Handle customer enquiries on general banking services, financial transactions, securities trading and related operations etc.

  • Exploit business opportunities and increase product penetration.

  • Assist on ad-hoc project in Contact Centre assigned by manager

  • Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard customers’ and the bank’s interests.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above.

  • 1 year of customer services experience in retail banking is preferable.

  • Good telephone manner and communication skills.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Service Staff

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support administrative activities / events for the reception areas, dispatch rooms, conference, function rooms and collaboration areas

  • Serve drinks for CEO, top team members, guest and visitors when required

  • Ensure office equipment / facilities in conference rooms/ pantries are kept in order

  • Handle all phone calls and enquiries

  • Prepare monthly conference room booking record & allocation report

  • Arrange registration and greet visitors / customers

  • Order pantry items & first aid box items

  • Handle general administrative works, for example, verify invoices and arrange monthly payment

  • Handles incoming and outgoing fax as per the procedure

  • Issue and arrange ad hoc cleaning services and security guard order when required

  • Handle distilled water ordering and dispenser machine maintenance works

  • Carry out outdoor works when required

  • Assist in all ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above

  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience

  • Good Knowledge of general administration tasks

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command of Cantonese and basic spoken English and Putonghua
