Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

Participating in project implementations, and providing professional services including business requirement studies, system testing and user training.
Assist Project Manager (PM) to oversee the full project life cycle, including project planning, requirement gathering and solution analysis
Prepare project-related documents, meeting agendas, minutes, etc.
Assist testing in User Acceptance Test (UAT) and before production release
Provide customer service and support through phone, email or messaging Apps
Provide support to any ad hoc tasks/activities assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

Post-secondary education or above is required, majoring in Business Administration / Computer Science / Information Technology is preferred but not required.
1 - 2 years of working experience in System implementation, e.g. requirement analysis, solutions design, testing and user training
(Applicant with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst)
Fresh graduates will also be considered
Experience in the following aspects is an advantage:
- Car Park/Property management services OR
- Enterprise software (ERP / HRMS / CRM / BPM / MRP)
Knowledge of database queries, reporting tools or light programming is an advantage
Self-motivated person with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Detail-minded and able to multi-task
