Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop end customer approval

  • Responsible for maintaining and communicating contracts/projects with end customers

  • Coordinate with customers and factory R&D/QA team for technical supports and customer satisfaction

  • Plan and execute communications to target segment on timely manner

  • Keep track marketing programs, evaluate effectiveness in archiving KPI 

  • Assist in identify different segments, launch and implement marketing programs including data mining, analysis, system setting

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives, clear communications and timely execution of deliverables

  • Support ad hoc assignments and projects  

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Electronics Engineering or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2-4 years' relevant working experience in PCB / Electronics manufactory or related disciplines

  • Less experience will be considered as a Marketing Executive

  • Proficiency in data analysis & customer segmentation

  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated

  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Frequently travel

採購主任/經理 (長駐上海)

職責:

  • 開發 / 管理 / 考核供應商質量，建立完整的供應商管理體系，對供應商的服務價格和品質進行抽查和評估，定期更新合格供應商名錄

  • 掌握公司所需各類產品性能、要求信息，及時調查市場行情，降低採購成本

  • 組織相關部門做好大宗招標工作 

  • 收集/審核各商業廣場、住宅小區、售樓處、公寓等所需產品清單及各項設備設施維保計劃 

  • 根據各項目採購及維保計劃等安排採購及招投標 

  • 做好詢價 / 比價 / 議價 / 核價 / 定價，及後續品質異常處理 

職位要求:

  • 三年以上相關工作經驗 

  • 熟悉商業廣場／住宅／公寓等房地產相關行業工程及材料相關知識

  • 熟悉招標採購流程 

  • 能根據市場變化指定採購方針 

  • 具有較強人際關係處理能力和商務談判能力
