IT Officer (Network and System Administration)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for system administration of Lotus Notes, AD, SAN, Hyper-V, VM, MDM, VPN, and Backup

  • Implementing system configurations with monitoring, DR, and backup solutions with IT policies with aspects of IT infrastructure,

  • Carry out daily administration and monitoring of firewalls, routers, switches, SSLVPN, Internet connectivity, and desktop senior support;

  • Apply system monthly patches and perform regular maintenance and upgrades;

  • Provide technical advice as required for procurement or other projects.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with a first-degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or relevant

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Windows Server administration and IT support;

  • Self-motivated, pro-active and willing to learn;

  • Solid experience of Windows Server platform, Active Directory, Group Policy, Lotus Notes, Hyper-V, VM, Networking, Firewall, and SAN;

  • A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Temporary Actuarial Intern / Assistant (3-6 months contract)

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist in financial reporting work related to IFRS 17 and HKRBC.

  • Assist in pricing and product development tasks (e.g. User Acceptance Test).

  • Assist in experience studies.

  • Assist in regular internal management reports and regulatory submissions.

  • Assist in improving the efficiency and quality of reinsurance related process, e.g. develop automation and control process.

Job requirements: 

  • University Degree Holder in Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics or Finance. Fresh graduate will be considered.

  • Have working knowledge in PROPHET software and Microsoft Access VBA is a plus but not a must.

  • Self-starter and work independently.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Effective command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.

Temporary Accounts Assistant (3-6 months contract)

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist in financial reporting work related to IFRS 17 and HKRBC.

  • Assist in regular internal management reports and regulatory submissions.

  • Perform system testing. 

  • Handle assigned ad-hoc duties.

Job requirements: 

  • University Degree Holder in Accounting or Finance. Fresh graduate will be considered.

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

  • Good team player, but can also work independently.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
