Responsibilities

  • BIM project management and coordination. Management of BIM manpower resources deployment for projects

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to run the project with minimum cost and in minimum time by formulating construction planning and programming as necessary

  • Monitor the progress, the standard of workmanship and efficiency of material stage adhered to the set target by collecting and analyzing relevant information, coordinating with relevant parties and formulating proposals on improvements

  • Provide engineering supports by:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintenance project planning, site supervision, commissioning, operation and documentation preparation

  • Coordination with clients, direct labour and sub-contractors to follow up the repair and maintenance progress to ensure the completion of service requests
