Kids4Kids is seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Development Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and management of projects while developing strategies to recruit, train and retain volunteers while ensuring that projects align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

Relationship Development Lead - NGO (1-year renewable contract)

The Relationship Development Lead is expected to:

  • undertake effective project management, including budgetary control, timely reporting, compliance with relevant policies, implementation, assessment of outcomes and impact of the related activities;

  • work with internal team and external parties to ensure application of MEL activities and data collection; 

  • establish and maintain strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders (funders, partners, beneficiary and volunteers);

  • design and implement volunteer recruitment strategies; 

  • conduct training session for volunteers;

  • promote volunteer opportunities through social media, workshops and school/community/corporate events; and 

  • foster a positive and inclusive volunteer culture

  • Support the Executive Director in fundraising projects (grant applications, corporate sponsorships, individual donations)

Requirements:

  • a team player with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; 

  • strong organizational and leadership abilities; 

  • able to work in diverse environments; 

  • experienced in working with primary and secondary school students, and volunteers of all background and ages;

  • able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize work effectively;

  • a degree holder with a minimum of 3-year work experience in NGO for project/stakeholder management / grant management / volunteer engagement / event implementation;

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese; 

  • experienced with Project Management/CRM software tool, i.e., Monday.com, is a plus
