Customer Care Executive (Ref:CCS-CCE)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day customer enquiries/ complaints from Social media (e.g. Facebook)

  • Handle verbal and written customer enquiries/ complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Maintain consistent and excellent service to customers

  • Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize customer satisfaction

  • Collate and review reports regarding social media mentions, response levels etc. for management analysis

Preferred Qualifications and Abilities:

  • Degree holder in any discipline with at least 1 year customer service experience

  • Candidate with lower academic qualification but with more customer service experience will also be considered

  • Customer-oriented, detail-minded, with outgoing personality and good communication skills

  • Open-minded team player, flexible, adaptive thinker and fun spirit

  • Curiosity to learn new things, not afraid of taking challenges and initiatives, ask questions and implement strategies

  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese

  • Familiar with PC software (e.g. MS Word & Excel)

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

  • Shift duty is required (Mon to Sun ; 09:00 - 22:00 any 8 hours) with Shift Allowance 

Customer & Technical Support Executive (Ref:ESCSBS_CTSE)

Responsibilities

  • What effort do you need to make?

    • Responsible for answering customers’ inquiries over the phone or email

    • Troubleshoot for fault case and provide technical support to customer

    • Data entry and updates for service registration

    • Prepare reports for management’s review

Preferred Qualifications and Abilities

  • Let's check if you are…

    • Form 5 or above

    • 1 year or above customer services experience, preferably in Telecom industry

    • Basic knowledge on computer system and internet service is a big advantage

    • Pleasant with good telephone manner, mature and independent

    • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

    • Shift duty (with monthly allowance provided)
