SENIOR LEASING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of leasing duties of Hong Kong retail and commercial projects

  • Handle new lettings and renewal cases including tenancy administration, preparation of budget plan, reports and legal documents

  • Carry out pre-marketing works for new projects including cold calling, market research and rental proposal, etc

  • Handle enquiries and complaints of leasing

  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Survey/ Property Management/ Real Estate or related disciplines

  • 4 years’ relevant experience in property leasing

  • Independent, proactive and analytical with market sense

  • Excellent time management, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager

LEASING MANAGER / ASSISTANT LEASING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in all leasing matters of Hong Kong retail and commercial projects

  • Handle new letting/ renewal cases including preparation of budget/ report

  • Carry out pre-marketing works for new projects including cold calling, market research and rental proposal, etc

  • Handle all enquiries of leasing/ complaints and prepare relevant legal documents

  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying/Real Estate or related disciplines

  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in property leasing and marketing

  • Hardworking, proven abilities in working independently and coordinating with agents/ consultants/ contractors to meet targets and secure deals

  • Excellent time management, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager

(SENIOR) GRAPHIC DESIGNER (SHOPPING MALL)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete design process, from idea, layout design, artwork production, output and printing

  • Provide creative concept and design layout for promotional materials and marketing collaterals of all festive promotions, such as indoor and outdoor posters, leaflets, booklets, newspaper, magazine and MTR advertisements, premiums, backdrops and banners

  • Perform creative ideas, layouts and technical drawings for mall's festive decorations, source materials, follow up production, decoration on-site installation and dismantling

  • Event photo-shooting, video taking and editing

  • Create design for mall’s website, facebook, Weibo and Wechat

  • Assist the graphic issues of the group and other departments

  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma holder in Graphic/ Multimedia Design, Commercial Art or related disciplines

  • 2 years or above of graphic design and festive decoration experience, experience within a design studio or creative agency will be an advantage

  • Proficient in 3D & 2D software (e.g. 3D Studio Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect, etc.)

  • Strong creative and design sense for festive decoration, sound knowledge in production and installation

  • Good typography, graphic design, brand identity and digital experience

  • Self-motivated, independent, initiative & strong sense of responsibility, with good attention to details

  • Able to handle multiple projects independently. Must be able to meet tight deadlines and willing to work overtime.

  • Good command of both Chinese & English and strong communication skills

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Graphic Designer

PART-TIME CLERK

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative/ clerical supports such as data entry, handling phone enquires etc

  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above

  • Experience in administrative/ clerical work is an advantage

  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently

SENIOR / LEGAL OFFICER

  • Degree holder in Laws

  • At least 5 years of working experience in a law firm or in a company in preparation of legal drafting works

  • Possess solid working experience in the field of property development in Hong Kong 

  • Proven knowledge and skills in handling conveyancing, leasing, commercial and property development projects and can handle minor disputes independently

  • Experience in handling litigation or arbitration

  • Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English and Chinese

  • Strong organizational skills, good presentation and report writing skills

  • Reliable with high integrity and responsibility, strong commercial sense and meticulous with good inter-personal skill 

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT (SODA MALL)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in purchase orders & delivery arrangement

  • Coordinate among the teams to ensure an efficient and timely order processed

  • System inputs and pricing maintenance

  • Provide support on planogram designs and product assortment based on different stores

  • Work closely with Marketing & Store Team on VM and merchandising arrangement

  • Prepare various reports to vendors and internal management for review

  • Outdoor work is required

  • Other assignments related to the position arranged by the Managers

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary or above with 2 years working experience, preferably in FMCG industry

  • Detail-minded, self- motivated and good interpersonal skills

  • Good numerical and analytical sense

  • Proficient PC skills in MS office, especially Excel

  • Immediate availability is preferred
