Personal Assistant / Junior Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management in both business activities and personal matters
Handle business correspondence, other confidential and professional documents as instructed
Assist to draft various English and Chinese business correspondences in a professional manner
Responsible for arranging and monitoring the day-to-day operation for the whole family household
Manage and supervise the domestic helpers, drivers, chef, securities, etc.
Responsible for property and facilities management and maintenance, renovation, repair, etc.
Maintain good communication with schools and teachers

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning services of the properties;

What we are looking for:

Job description:
Work as a team to perform daily receivable function in Hong Kong and China, follow up new leases / leases renewal
Liaise with oversea office and occasional travel (day trip) might be needed

Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible in handling in both HK and UK developments. Station in HK and manage Project Development teams/ site staffs in both HK and abroad
Manage, liaise, co-ordinate and meet with oversea consultants, contractors, government authorities and other relevant internal & external parties and provide full spectrum of building services support in all stages of the developments
Manage bidding/pricing process for inclusion in the final project budget required for all closings and monitor in all construction stages on cost and quality controls
Processing instructions & payment, planning, checking design & tender documentation, monitoring work progress, T&C, hand-over and defect rectifications of all construction works
Maintain positive and effective communications amongst all local/ overseas stakeholders and be able to analyze/ present findings to internal/ external parties as required
Develop cost saving initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity
Analyze and resolve project issues in timely and accurate manner
What we are looking for:
Degree holder or above in Architecture/ Building Survey/ Structural Engineering
Minimum 10 years' experience in medium/ large scale commercial property developments and/or consultant fields
Experiences in both HK and UK and knowledge in the statutory requirements would be a definite advantage
Authorized Person/ Registered Architect (HKIA)/ Surveyor (HKIS)/ Engineer (HKIE) or similar qualifications
Knowledge in handling AutoCAD, BIM and Revit. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Senior Estate Manager, Building Services
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations at premises, including tenant fit-out projects, budgetary control and assisting with the oversight of the daily operation and maintenance of the properties within the portfolio.
Drive & develop initiatives to enhance quality of property management and support business strategies and goals;
Lead a team of managers to take charge of the management and operation of assigned portfolio consisting of Commercial and Residential Portfolio
Supervise a team of staff and technical staff in the daily management duties to ensure meeting with requirements of clients
Financial management including but not limited to budget planning and monitoring, credit control etc.;
Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations
Support corporate initiatives such as driving & achieving ESG plans and targets;
Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Manage internal resources and service contractors to deliver high quality of services
Education Requirements:
Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
A member of relevant professional organization, Holder of PMP Tier 1 Licence
Experience or/or Skills Required:
Minimum 10 years property leasing and management experience in property management, with at least 5 years in managerial/supervisory level;
Relevant professional qualification in Housing Management such as MHKIH, MCIH, MHKIS, MRICS; Holding a property management practitioner licence (Tier 1);
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and fluency in Putonghua is an advantage;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Self-initiated, detail-oriented with strong leadership and management skills;
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
