Senior Services Officer / Services Officer, Channel & Wealth Management
Responsibilities:
Handle daily financial transactions and ensure the correctness and accuracy of all transactions
Provide accurate information to potential and existing customers
Process all customer instructions strictly in adherence to Bank policies and procedures
Co-ordinate with related departments to ensure any promises made to customers can be delivered on time
Provide counter services account opening and other job duties as assigned
Promote & cross-sell general banking products to customer
Requirements:
F5 or above with passes in HKCEE / HKDSE including Chinese, English and Mathematics
Minimum 6 months' teller experience
Service-oriented
Fulfill Relevant Individual (RI) & Technical Representative (TR) requirement is an advantage
Good communication skills
Conversant in English, Mandarin speaking is an advantage
PC knowledge
Analyst Programmer / Senior Analyst Programmer / System Analyst, Digital Banking & Workflow, Information Technology
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and support the application systems for eBanking, Mobile Banking and other Digital banking system
Conduct requirement collection and analysis, functional / technical design, system development and system test according to the Bank’s internal policies, guidelines and operation procedures
Prepare system related documentation according to Bank’s SDLC
Handle and support production incidents
Involve in budgetary and resources planning and control
Requirements:
Degree holder of Information Technology or related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in banking & finance sector
5 years or more working experience will be considered as System Analyst
Familiar with Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Digital Banking development
Experience on developing restful API / JSON / OutSystem will has higher priority to considerate
Good knowledge and skill in IBM WebSphere Application Server, DB2/Oracle and Java programming
Good knowledge on banking products and related regulatory requirements
Effective interpersonal skills, self-motivated, committed team player and can work independently under pressure
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua
