Customer Service Officer, Festival Walk (5-day work)
The Role
To manage Customer Service Counter & support loyalty program
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer services, handle customers’ enquiries & complaints via on-site and other online channels
Manage the Concierge’s daily operations including but not limited to gift redemptions, campaigns and promotions related to loyalty programme
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
HKDSE completion or above
Good English and Chinese
Polite and mature
Fresh graduate are also welcome
5-day work week, 9 hours per day, 17 days of Public Holiday, OT allowance at 1.5 time of basic pay
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
