Manager, Business Policy
Duties:
Develop innovative policy initiatives and business research projects contributing to the improvement of the business environment in Hong Kong, particularly in relation to relevant legislation, policies and issues across government and business sectors in Hong Kong;
Communicate and interact with Chamber members and the public (including senior business executives, government officials, legislators, the media and other stakeholders) through Chamber publications, submission papers, press releases and events;
Conduct committee secretarial duties and contribute articles for publication; identify and plan committee events;
Manage and supervise junior staff.
Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Work Experience: 7 year(s)
Other Requirements:
University degree holder in public policy, international affairs, political science, economics or related discipline;
7 years+ of relevant working experience in the business, government, academic or think tanks sectors. Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Manager;
Highly analytical, knowledgeable about statistics;
Good connections in the political, government/ think tank, academic institutions, or business organizations would be an advantage;
A good team player, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with diverse stakeholders; and
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English AND Chinese (strong English research-writing skills in particular).
