Officer (Ref No: HKCSS/073/2024)
Two-year renewable contract
Responsibilities:
To plan, design and implement impactful talent development initiatives for HKCSS staff team
To conduct reviews and analysis on talent development initiatives
To explore and collaborate with various stakeholders on talent development solutions proactively
To plan and implement other staff engagement projects as appropriate
Requirements:
Degree holder in a relevant discipline
Experience in design and delivery of talent development programmes is a plus
Flexible, excellent communication and engagement skills
A good team player with strong organizing and project execution skills
Good command in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
