Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with local suppliers & agents for booking arrangement.

• Follow up overseas agents’ sales & routing orders and prepare daily shipment report.

• Coordinate with operations staff for flight booking arrangement.

• Handle customer’s enquiries & complaints.

Requirements:

• HKCEE / HKDSE / Higher Diploma or above.

• One year related working experience in freight forwarder / logistics industry is preferable (Fresh graduates are also welcome).

• Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Mandarin.

• Good communication skills, able to handle multi-tasks.

• Team oriented and able to work independently.

• Immediate available.
