The first NGO specializing in marital services  invites applications for the following post:

1) Family Social Worker (SWA)(Contract)(Service in our Grace and Joy IFSC)

Responsibilities:

  • To deliver Social Work service in our Grace and Joy IFSC

  • To render counseling to service users

  • To make referrals for tangible services

  • To conduct developmental / educational groups & programmes

  • To outreach to the needy in the community

Requirements: 

  • A recognized degree / higher diploma in Social Work

  • RSW

  • Independent, Self-motivated, innovative, committed

  • Strong interpersonal skills, good team-player and able to work under pressure 

  • Previous working experience in Family Service is definitely an asset

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Working Location:

  • Western District

Working hours:

  • Average 44 hours per week (Need to Work on some Saturdays, Sundays and evenings)

Urgently looks for high caliber talent to render child protection support service in Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O & Sai Kung.

2) Assistant Social Work Officers (ASWO) (Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plan to enhance parenting capacities and strengthen children’s resilience

  • Provide home-based training, counselling, groups and enrichment programs for families with risk of child maltreatment

  • Organize educational programs, outreaching activities, and community networking for promoting child protection

Requirement: 

  • RSW of Social Work Degree holder, preferably with at least 2 years’ experiences of working with family and children and relevant experiences in parenting education, youth service, Ethnic Minorities services, or supporting service for children with SEN

  • Familiar with crisis intervention and risk assessment of child maltreatment

  • Passionate to serve children and parents

  • Good communication and networking skills

3) Family Social Workers (SWA) (Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide home visit and home-based training of parenting skills

  • Provide educational groups and enrichment programs

  • Mobilize community resources and volunteer services for supporting parents in child protection

Requirement: 

  • RSW with a diploma or higher qualification in Social Work, preferably with at least 2 years’ experiences of working with family and children, youth service, parent education, Ethnic Minorities services or supporting service for children with SEN 

  • Competent in organizing volunteering services for supporting parents and using ICT to engage service users

  • Passionate to serve children and parents

  • Good communication and networking skills

4) Clinical Psychologist (Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological assessments, individual treatment and therapeutic groups for parents and children with suspected child maltreatment

  • Collaborate with social workers to deliver tailored home-based services to enhance parenting capacities

  • Provide consultation, professional training and crisis management support to the team

  • Deliver community outreach & educational programs to promote child protection

Requirement: 

  • Master’s degree in clinical psychology from a Hong Kong University or equivalent

  • Eligible for membership of professional body for Clinical Psychologists

  • Able to collaborate with colleagues of other disciplines including social workers

  • Passionate to serve children and parents

  • Good command of English and Chinese & proficient in Putonghua is an asset

  • Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience

5) Registered Nurses (Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide home-based training, programs, groups and sex education for parents and children

Requirement: 

  • A recognized bachelor’s degree in nursing or relevant health care study with valid Certificate of Registration, and Practicing Certificate of Registered Nurse used by Nursing Council of Hong Kong

  • Working experience in child care will be an advantage

  • Minimum 3-year post graduation working experience is preferable

  • Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience

6) 行政助理 (ACO)

職責:

  • 支援中心運作及接待,協助服務統計,撰寫會議記錄、財務處理、採購物資

  • 按需要協助推行中心活動

  • 每周工作44小時,周六輪值及每周有一晚需輪值至晚上九時

入職要求:

  • 中學畢業或以上程度,中學會考或文憑試五科合格,包括中、英、數

  • 熟悉電腦操作及中、英文文書處理

  • 具社福工作、義工服務或籌備活動等經驗優先

  • 積極主動、具責任感及應變能力

7) 活動助理 (CA)

職責:

  • 協助接待工作,文書處理、資料輸入、財務處理、物資點算

  • 協助服務宣傳及室內外活動

  • 每周工作44小時,需周六輪值及每周有一晚需輪值至晚上九時

  • 按活動需要外勤工作

入職要求:

  • 香港中學文憑試 5 科達2級或以上,包活中英文,或有同等學歷

  • 懂電腦操作及中、英文文書處理,對AI及Photoshop軟件有認識優先

  • 具社福工作、義工服務或籌備活動等經驗優先

  • 積極主動、具責任感及應變能力

8) 家務指導員

職責:

  • 指導家長發展護理兒童、煮食及處理一般家務的能力和技巧

  • 訓練可在家中或以小組形式在中心舉行

入職要求:

  • 中三程度,擁有一年照顧幼兒及兒童技巧經驗,具產後護理課程証書或相關經驗優先

Working hours: Average 44 hours per week, evening and Saturday shift are required.
