Responsibilities:
Product launch support: prepare material for novelty launch
Event support: prepare product booklet
Market intelligence: competitors’ novelty launch, product research & etc.

Responsibilities:
Stock allocation and rebalancing for Retail, Travel Retail & Online Retail
Logistics coordination including inbound, outbound, and domestic
Defective & Discrepancy cases handling
KPI Report & Newsletter
Involvement in Demand Planning project launch

Responsibilities:
Support co-ordination of boutique animation in Hong Kong & Macau
Support co-ordination of on-going Gifting & Events
Support co-ordination on overseas Client Experience planning
Support Client Development team on invoice and budget consolidation, presentation deck preparation for monthly meeting, office meetings, CD monthly Newsletter
Assist Client Development team on other ad hoc projects

Responsibilities:
Support Spring celebration and boutique animation follow up work
Reporting and various regular reports requested by HQ including monthly editorial coverage uploading to HQ’s system, quarterly competitors’ activities submission to Regional team etc.
Support ongoing PR & Events housekeeping tasks (e.g. press gifting arrangement, press list update etc.)
Support in Media Campaigns executions & testing
