Manager, Sales Operation

Reporting to the Vice President, Prestige Cosmetics, your main responsibilities will be:

Management of frontline workforce, Beauty Advisors

• Recruit, lead and supervise the Beauty Advisor team to achieve company objectives

• Monitor, review and follow up workforce performance

• Budget planning for Beauty Advisor commission and incentives

• Review remuneration package of Beauty Advisor team and follow up

Sales and Operations Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of counters, ensuring shops operations are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of shops and identify areas for improvement

• Review sales performance with supervisors, formulate and execute effective coaching and follow up plans

• Handle operation related issues

Training and Education

• Manage Beauty Advisor training programs and meeting to optimize Beauty Advisor performance and marketing activities

• Manage in-house and outsource training activities for frontline

The successful candidate will be:

• A degree holder

• At least 5 years of working experience, with 3 years relevant experience in retail

• Positive, result oriented and organized

• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
