Marketing Executive - General Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Handle servicing works and renewal exercise including insurance claims and enquiries

• Explores new business opportunities and ensure continued business growth 

• Establish good relationship with insurers to obtain competitive terms to secure business and provide pragmatic insurance advice to end-customers

• Deliver quality customer service and explore undeveloped areas for business portfolio expansion

• Monitor and review premium collection and credit control

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above

• Experience in handling general insurance is preferred

• 3 years of relevant experience & exposure in brokers / agencies are preferred

• Holder of IIQE Qualification (Paper I & II) or related disciplines

• Innovative with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Proactive and responsible, self-motivated, independent and outgoing

• Proficient in PC applications

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive
