System Engineer (Helpdesk / IT Support)

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting & providing user supports and server administration

• Design, analyze and implement effective computer networks

• To work on projects that relates to IT infrastructure

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent

• 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience

• Familiar with Windows / Linux platform, Network Security, VMWare, Web Server

• Ability to communicate in English is preferable

Responsibilities:

• To handle hiring processes including job advertisement posting, interview arrangements, conducting of interviews, on-boarding orientation & arrangements etc.;

• To recommend and implement employee relation activities;

• To provide administrative support related to training and development;

• To perform administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

• College graduate; 

• Study in Human Resources Management will be an advantage;

• 1 year working experience and have basic Employment Ordinance knowledge will be preferred;

• Detail minded and with good interpersonal skills;

• Self-motivated and a team-player.

Corporate Affairs Executive *Fresh graduates are welcome*

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with external parties to maintain and enhance corporate image through various programs such as sponsorship and community activities

• Assist in internal communication, e.g. production of in-house newsletter, news clipping reports

• Assist in external communication, e.g. handling general inquiries, consumer complaints, managing Corporate Website and Facebook

• Support the implementation of Annual General Meeting and other corporate events

• Aid the preparation of the Annual Report, Interim Report and ESG Report

Requirements:       

• Degree in Communications, Translation, Marketing, or related disciplines

• 1-2 years of relevant experience, less experience will also be considered

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign would be an asset

• Independent team player, responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated

• Immediate available candidate will be an advantage
