Content Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating all types of content, including copywriting, image design, and video production, across multiple touchpoints such as social media, Google Ads, email campaigns, blog posts, and website content. You will collaborate closely with the digital marketing team and the tech team to ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content for all digital platforms, including social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, and website content.

  • Design and produce visual content (images, infographics, videos) to complement written content.

  • Develop content strategies to support marketing initiatives and brand messaging.

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure content supports SEO/SEM strategies and drives traffic and conversions.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all platforms.

  • Conduct regular content audits to optimize performance and improve engagement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to create innovative content ideas. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in content creation, with a focus on copywriting, design, and video production.

  • Strong design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.

  • Experience creating content for social media, email marketing, SEO, and Google Ads.

  • Excellent writing skills with attention to detail and creativity.

Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will cover a broad spectrum of digital marketing activities, including managing our social media presence, executing email marketing campaigns, and collecting and analyzing data from all digital touchpoints to provide actionable insights. You will work closely with the tech team and content team to ensure seamless coordination across all digital marketing efforts. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.

  • Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) to enhance engagement and conversions.

  • Create and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.

  • Collect, analyze, and report on data from multiple platforms (Google SEM, social media, WooCommerce, Mailchimp) to measure performance and identify opportunities.

  • Work with the tech and content teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness across all digital marketing campaigns.

Account Executive

As one of the leading marketing agencies in Hong Kong, we are looking for an Account Executive who will need to – 

  • Handle client inquiries related to video / creative projects, online / offline event and other marketing projects/campaigns

  • Closely support Account Manager and work with internal team and external vendors to manage various projects.

  • Have solid knowledge on managing online / offline event management and production projects.

  • Be willing to work with irregular work schedules if necessary.

  • Have strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.

  • Have experiences in managing/producing live streaming / virtual events will be an advantage

  • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet the requirement

  • Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone and present project proposal and company experience

  • Maintain client relationships and introduce other services to the client whenever appropriate

You should also have the below soft skills:

  • Qualifications and skills: 2 or more years of recent advertising sales, account management and/or project experience – ideally in creative marketing production agency environment in Hong Kong.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to translate technical and business benefits to decision makers

  • Stakeholder management skills and proven ability to negotiate

  • Experience working to and exceeding targets

Event Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Event Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing a wide range of events from conception through to completion. The successful candidate must be an effective communicator, and possess excellent organizational and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage events, including conferences, corporate events, carnival, annual dinner and other special occasions

  • Develop event concepts and themes in collaboration with clients or management

  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all arrangements are in place

  • Manage event budgets and resources effectively

  • Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Handle any troubleshooting or problems that arise on the event day

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role

  • 2-3 years of experience specifically in an event agency or similar fast-paced environment

  • Hold a Degree/Diploma in Event Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
