Guest Relations Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greets and establishes rapport with all Club members and provides any necessary assistance to them

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Club members’ inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and work to resolve issues promptly and professionally

  • Develop and implement guest service protocols and standards to ensure a consistently excellent member and guest experience

  • Manage and lead the front desk team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

REQUIREMENT:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity – previous experience from hotel or private membership club is preferred  

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in using club management software and Microsoft Office suite

  • Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
