Guest Relations Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greets and establishes rapport with all Club members and provides any necessary assistance to them
Serve as the main point of contact for Club members’ inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and work to resolve issues promptly and professionally
Develop and implement guest service protocols and standards to ensure a consistently excellent member and guest experience
Manage and lead the front desk team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
REQUIREMENT:
Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity – previous experience from hotel or private membership club is preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using club management software and Microsoft Office suite
Good spoken, written and reading ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
