Medical and Health Manager 

Major Duties:

  • Plan, advise, and coordinate medical and health services for all units.

  • Gather and analyse health data of units, identify and report concerned health issues. 

  • Oversee nursing care standards of all service units.

  • Propose resource allocation among units for funding received.

  • Screen and advise on new admissions, incidents and death records.

  • Support service units in the handling of special cases and complaints regarding health and nursing care.

  • Monitor the performance of outsourced therapists (those supplied by agencies) and dietitian services.

  • Plan and implement nurse training, and support recruitment of nurses and health workers.

  • Coordinate Medical and Health Group meetings and prepare the related reports for Executive Committee meetings.

  • Coordinate Joint Care Home meeting and Joint Rehab.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in healthcare or other related disciplines.

  • A minimum of 8 years’ working experience with at least 3 years at supervisory or managerial level.

  • Solid operation and management experience in healthcare or medical services industry.

  • Prior experience in public services and non-governmental organizations is a definite advantage.

  • Proactive approach to understand potential issues and provide solutions as well as manage multiple priorities.

  • Demonstrated strength in multi-tasking, problem solving, priorities, defining needs, visualizing alternatives and initiating actions to achieve goals.

  • Independent, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Location: Central and Western District 

Administrative Assistant (IT)

Major Duties:

  • Provide all-rounded IT Support (remote and onsite) within the Organization Head Quarter and Units.

  • Assist in managing organization’s units computers (Desktops and Laptops), printers and manage data backup.

  • Assist in setup online meeting via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.

  • Assist in IT documentation for hardware & software, and other IT related services.

  • Assist in IT related projects.

  • Handle ad-hoc IT duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Sciences or related discipline or above.

  • 1-2 years IT support experience preferred; fresh graduate may also be considered.

  • Basic knowledge on supporting below environment is preferred but not a must

  • Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.

    1. Networking, including basic network troubleshooting with TCPIP on Wired and Wireless environments

    2. Physical and Virtual Server

    3. IT Security, including basic Dos and Don’ts

  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.

  • Willing to learn, hardworking, well-organized and logical thinking.

Location: Central and Western District

Fundraising and Relations Officer [Ref: HQ-F&R]

Major Duties:

  • Handle donation; Support the team for charity sales and fundraising activities, including the opening ceremony, handle leaflet distribution, item sourcing, follow-up charity sales orders, logistics, and inventory control. Coordinate with different parties and internal departments.

  • To provide the administrative and logistics supports including database management, receipting, logistics arrangement, drafting and sending out thank you letter.

  • Managing corporate donor relations includes responding to inquiries from corporate entities, liaising with internal stakeholders regarding implementations, and managing company nominations.  

  • Handle annual report development including liaison with chairlady, internal stakeholders, agency for layout development and printing, as well as translations.  

  • To support the team for in-kind donation including inquiry, coordination and logistics. 

  • To support the team for volunteer works arrangement including inquiry, scheduling and coordination. 

  • To help maintain proper records and document good practices.

  • To perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in marketing, event management, communications, public relations, journalism marketing, or related disciplines with 3-5 years relevant working experience in events and fundraising for NGO or social service sector is highly preferred. 

  • Good customer service, interpersonal and organization skills, detail-oriented and well organized, work flexibly and creatively. 

  • Good multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines. 

  • Meticulous, self-motivated and a good team player. 

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. 

  • Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and illustrator is a plus.

主要職責及要求:

  • 每週五天工作

  • 負責老人之家的行政及管理,以及活動計劃的推行及監察

  • 與地區組織合辦活動及 / 或自行策劃舉辦院舍活動

  • 持有社會工作者註冊局認可社會工作學位或文憑

  • 具長者服務工作經驗優先
