About the Sports Centre:
Situated in Sai Sha, the forthcoming outdoor multi-sports facility will be the largest privately owned outdoor sports centre in Hong Kong upon completion. The state-of-the-art sports venue will offer a wide range of outdoor sports amenities and training facilities. The Centre aims to become a hub for sports in Hong Kong and the wider Greater Bay Area. Senior Executive - Sports Development
Job Responsibilities:
Manage all sports programs, events, and operations of the Centre
Manage and monitor all service providers’ performance
Develop events and programs to increase revenue stream for the Centre
Co-organize sports tournaments and events with service providers
Manage the Sports Development Team to ensure smooth sports program experience
Manage all sports facilities in the Centre, including but not limited to maintenance and cleaning
Ensure compliance with the Bye-law and the facility rules & regulations of Centre users
Responsible for the budget of all sports programs, camps and events
Assist the Sports Development Manager to prepare management reports
Be a sport ambassador of the Sports Centre
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in related discipline
5 years of solid experience in sports programs, events management, and club operation
Passionate and knowledgeable about a wide variety of sports
Energetic, outgoing, and active with strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Excellent time management skills and ability to do multitask
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate about service improvement
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Required to work on shift including holidays
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sports Development Executive
Executive - Sports Development

Relationship Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly and professionally
Organize and conduct site tours for clients, showcasing facilities and services
Manage bookings and reservations for VIP clients, overseeing the end-to-end process
Accompany VIP clients on excursion and other sports activities
Deliver formal presentation in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client experience
Develop personalized service strategies to meet the unique needs of each VIP client
Monitor client satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their interactions with the company
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Identify and forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in business administration, hospitality, CRM or a related field
Minimum 6 years proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a VIP or high-end customer service environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Knowledge of the hospitality or luxury services industry is a plus
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Passionate about and knowledgeable in a wide variety of sports
Energetic, outgoing, and active
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Required to work shifts, including holidays
