Sales & Service Support

Responsibilities:

•Maintain store (sales floor, cashier, back office, stock room, pantry, etc.) cleanliness and tidiness

•Perform cleaning tasks for internal staff and customers including tableware and uniform

•Welcome customers and serve drinks

•Assist on packing / wrapping the gifts for customers

•Provide assistance on sales floor and run errands if necessary 

•Distribute material to staff such as uniform

•Cooperate with contractor, ensure the cleaning activities are up to company stand 

•Unpack arrival stock if necessary

•To assist any other duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

•Relevant experience in luxury retail or similar capacity

•Energetic, passionate, and positive working attitude

•Pleasant, honest, hard-working, flexible, service-minded, and well-organized

•Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a plus

Retail Executive, Travel Retail Asia

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Senior Travel Retail Manager in conducting in-depth analysis of business performance and able to define business opportunities to pursue the company objectives.   

  • Support execution & coordination of activities and in-store initiatives to help the Manager animate our stores 

  • Provide weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative business analysis reports such as Retail KPI, product performance, productivity, CRM, competitor and trend etc. Identify and recommend business opportunities. 

  • Support and execute team motivation programs to enhance métier performance such as staff incentives.  

  • Coordinate meetings with different stakeholders on a regular basis, prepare meeting agendas and ensure participants are well informed. 

  • Control and maintain the approved team annual Travel expense versus budget.

  • Assist on ad-hoc tasks, team activities and projects. 

Requirements & Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong business sense

  • A minimum of 5 Years of solid experience in sales support; experience in luxury or retail business environment will be preferred.

  • Proactive, able to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and foster teamwork with multiple levels/departments within the organization. 

  • Attentive to details, independent and strong Interpersonal & project management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is required, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.                                                   

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, French is a plus.

  • Exceptional customer service, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, project management skills and problem-solving abilities.

Pricing Analyst - Perfume & Beauty (Fixed-Term Contract)

Job description

Reporting to the APAC Finance Manager, you will act as the Leader of the pricing process to develop the regional pricing strategy, lead the pricing process and drive analytics to enable business performance in the Asia Pacific region. This role will work closely with different stakeholders locally in the Hong Kong Regional office, as well as the central teams in the Paris Headquarter office.

Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy

  • Develop market and competitor price analysis (key countries / locations / products) through deep-dive business and business performance analysis and market study to optimize pricing effectiveness. 

  • Create and maintain a regional price database.

  • Analyze price consistency at market and product level.

  • Provide pricing review and recommendations, validate the regional annual price adjustments with local and central teams.

  • Update and maintain price lists based on group annual price increase calendar.

  • Ensure new prices are communicated on time to each client.

  • Define the regional pricing strategy to ensure brand consistency and local competitive relevance. 

  • Control the margin improvement / erosion impacted by prices and cost of goods evolution.

  • Clarify assortment for each client in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams. 

  • Be the local key contact for the central marketing controlling team in Paris for pricing topic.

Pricing Process

  • Propose and strengthen the APAC processes related to invoicing (commercial discounts, credit notes, change invoicing currencies…).

  • Implement process and controls on exchange rates agreements with clients.

  • Implement new tools to automatize the daily operations. 

  • Communicate with Hermes Perfumes & Beauty Central Teams about general practices. 

  • Develop and present price assumptions and financial summary to management.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Perform comprehensive market research and channel analytics to identify trends, insights, and recommendations.

  • Work on market insights report in close collaboration with the APAC Business analyst, the commercial team, and distributors. Be point of contact for the local agency providing the competitors data. 

  • Support risks and opportunities analysis and work on actions plans with the commercial team to achieve business goals.  

  • Prepare financial analysis, reporting and presentation decks.

  • Prepare and present regular launches reports based on needs and marketing calendar. 

  • Support the team on commercial contracts review and renewal. 

Qualification

  • University degree in finance, business or marketing related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in finance, business analysis or marketing. Understanding of APAC Markets and luxury retail industry is an advantage.

  • Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical skill and attention to detail.

  • Rigorous, Curious and autonomous.

  • Business oriented and open mindedness.

  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactively identify improvements in processes.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, French or Chinese language skills a plus.
