I.T. Technician

Responsibilities:

Provide onsite and remote POS System support
Provide technical support on all Corporate Communication Systems including email (on Outlook, web and mobile devices), instant messaging, video conference, etc.
Provide daily office software and hardware user support
Occasional non-office hour remote and onsite support will be required
System Development

Qualifications:

Diploma in Information Technology, Computer related disciplines or above.
3 year experience in IT system and end-user support
Good knowledge on computer hardware, system and software development
Ability to work under pressure and work independently with minimum supervision
Good communication skills
Immediate availability is preferred.

Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

Assist in company Business Coordination
Handle leasing project, liaise with mall management and prepare related documents.
Coordinate in constructions of new stores and stores’ maintenance work and renovations.
Identify new business opportunities, prepare business development plan and carry out systematic prospecting
Work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties

Requirements:

University degree or diploma in related discipline
At least 3 years relevant working experience
Strong business acumen and ability to anticipate on market requirements
Good team player with energetic and pro-active personality and excellent communication skill
Capable of multi-task and independent work with detailed mind
Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving skills
Result-oriented, self-motived, independent, multi-tasking and able to deliver under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in PC skills, MS Office, including Chinese Word Processing
Immediate availability is preferable

Factory Manager (廠長)

工作職責 :

按管理層指示，管理廠房日常業務，參與制定公司年度經營計劃，組織製定並實施生產計劃，確保產品達乎質量水平，以及符合生產指標。
熟悉食品生產各環節流程，負責製造生產、銷售、物料庫儲等廠務之統籌和產線作業之規劃與管理相關庶務；制定和維護每個生產過程的標準時間。
日常業務包括但不限於：制定、執行、調控生產過程中各項工藝、設備、交期及產量，並提升生產產能，降低生產成本；監控和確實執行產品生產過程與產品品質、訂定生產目標及質量標準。
監控和提高生產線和其他相關過程的生產力；參與產品質量、製造策略、人力和成本控制領域的政策和程序的規劃和實施；
管理日常運營並監控生產團隊和外包工人的績效。
負責生產團隊的人力控制和人員問題；制定績效標準，招聘及定期監督人員工作，給予意見及紀錄考核。
與各班次、各層級經營管理人員密切溝通，確保生產順利、有效；
指導和激勵生產團隊完成生產目標，實踐集團核心價值觀、崗位要求。
建立、完善生產、質量、設備、設施等管理制度，確保持續、穩定的提供滿足客戶要求的產品。

任職要求：

食品製造相關專業，中五或以上學歷；具備一定的食品生產相關背景知識和管理經驗。
有10年及以上的食品行業生產運營管理工作經驗者。
具備較強的領導及管理能力，組織協調及觀察能力。
精通PC應用，包括中文文字處理。
良好的英文及中文/粵語口語及書寫能力。
能夠承受壓力，需要加班。
較強的分析思維和解決問題的能力。
有上進心、有責任感和忠誠，性格開朗。
良好的團隊合作精神，具有良好的溝通技巧；組織良好，具有良好的分析能力。

店務員

職責:

負責店鋪日常銷售工作，店鋪貨品陳列，保持店面整潔；
銷售，收銀，上架及分舖倉存管理等事宜；
按照公司的營運指示及各項營銷策略完成銷售目標；
按顧客需要及喜好介紹公司產品，為顧客提供優質的服務及保持公司良好的形象；
面對問題具有積極的態度，有效地處理顧客的意見和投訴，提高顧客滿意度。

入職要求:

流利粵語、簡單英語及普通話；
具1年相關工作經驗優先考慮
良好的溝通表達能力、工作積極主動、態度親切有禮、守時
良好團隊合作精神；
可即時上班者優先

店長 / 副店長

職責:

確保轄下分舖運作正常；
訓練新人，編排更表及人手安排；
銷售，收銀，上架及分舖倉存管理等事宜；
負責店鋪日常銷售工作，店鋪貨品陳列，保持店面整潔；
按照公司的營運指示及各項營銷策略完成銷售目標；
