Guest Services Officer - Regency Club

What you will do:

  • Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times 

  • Engage in heart-felt and genuine conversation and respond to guests' inquiries in an efficient and courteous tone 

  • Provide front of the house guest services to guests

  • Build and maintain positive rapport with customers 

What you should have:

  • Qualification in Hospitality Management

  • Preferable prerequisite experience in a hotel with good standards

  • Well developed Computer Skills

  • Good communication skills and language skill

  • A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
